Crossroads Care in Greater Manchester is a registered charity which provides practical and emotional support to people who are responsible for the care of children, young adults, adults or older people at home, who have a physical/sensory disability, learning difficulty, who are chronically ill or have life limiting illnesses.

We deliver our services, which are designed to provide a break and help for people who care for their loved ones, in Bolton, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport and Trafford.

As a carers charity we offer a variety of personal care and respite packages aimed at providing support for carers to help meet their individual and specific needs and those of their loved ones.
